Subject: Clarifying the Setup Process
Hi Lindsey,
I took a look at your account, and it looks like Step 2 (verifying your email address) wasn’t completed, this step is required before the dashboard becomes active.
To fix it, just click the verification link we sent yesterday at 2:41 PM. Once that’s done, the rest of the setup should go smoothly.
If anything’s unclear, I’m here to walk you through it. Let me know once you’ve had a chance to verify, and we’ll take it from there.
